Jose Rivera to step down from CSIA CEO

On Dec. 10, the Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) announced that Jose Rivera, the company’s CEO for a decade, is planning to step down.

Over the past decade, Control reported, CSIA modernized its operations, strengthened financial stability and broadened its global footprint—achievements that mirror the challenges engineers face in industrial automation.

Rivera's focus on resilience, particularly through the COVID-19 pandemic, aligns with the need for robust systems that can withstand disruptions.
